KUBO is launching a new podcast: De Groeikamer. In this series, we discuss the future of our food: a topic that is more relevant than ever, and one we work on every day at KUBO.
Around the world, the demand for healthy, tasty and affordable food continues to grow. At the same time, growers, food producers and the greenhouse horticulture sector are facing major challenges. Climate change, limited space, water and energy, changing consumer expectations and the need to produce more sustainably all raise important questions for the future.
With De Groeikamer, we aim to open up the conversation around these themes. Not only from the perspective of technology or innovation, but from a broader point of view: how can we continue to produce enough high-quality food in the future?
In the podcast, Wouter Kuiper talks to guests from the worlds of food, horticulture, innovation and entrepreneurship. Together, they explore the developments shaping the future of food, the role greenhouse horticulture can play and the choices needed to keep moving forward.
